I think going to champ 1 and just being competitive is a gamble as there are some good sides down there.

There must be money left over from this year (no win bonus's paid) so carry it over and add to next years budget. So how about a new plan A of:

> bring forward plan for going FT and recruit FT squad now with a view to 1st time return to championship.
>be fitter and better than the other teams and do to championship 1 what leigh have done to championship
>return to championship with a squad that has 12 months FT conditioning under their belt.
>be attractive proposition on return to championship for recruiting quality key players at that level to enhance an already FT squad.
> be competing in 2017 for top 4

Now that would be a commitment and statement of intent by club Doncaster

It would indeed, going full time is a must if the ambition we are told exists is to come to fruition. The longer it takes the further we fall behind , but next season?, would love to see it, but realistically, I think it would be very difficult to achieve on the (anticipated) crowds likely next season.

we should be planning to run an academy,or under 20s side.with all the young lads we signed last year we must have been close to one.with a top up from local sides would it have been viable,imo yes.
