Hunslet climb into third place in Yorkshire Premier Division and a play
off place away to arch rivals Warriors Garth Joans was first on the
score sheet for Old Boys with a try in the corner 4-0. After a good
move down the middle the ball went out wide for Andy Hullock to
catch and score convertion missed 8-0.Moorends then got into the game
with a try from Greg Neil under the post for Wayne Rafferty to convert
8-6 Mark Stubbley then hit back for Old Boys and restore thier lead
to eight points when Dale Harris converted his try 14-6.Hullock scored
his second just befor half time to make it 18-6 H-T.Second half saw
Jones get his second.Scott Atkin go over for two tries Nick Davies got
one and Mark Cunningham chipped in with a good try Dale Harris
added two more conversion to give Old Boys 42 points. Garth Carey
and Ben Hoffman scored for Moorends with Rafferty scoring a try and converting two making the final score 42 -22 to Old Boys.
