Looked like a second row playing on the wing. Would rather have given chance to one of our own players.

Colbon apart from lack of match fitness lacked confidence also.

With Scott at fullback who could we have played on the wing.

Morrison has played on wing , that's why we need another outside back.

Wilkinson is a full back / winger...looked good against Hull and in training sessions.

Oh and is match fit....

Plus one of the Hull lads we signed is meant to be a Centre / Second Row...

That would be Alex Starling who had a decent game at Batley, thought Wilkinson was a Stand Off .

I think we will see the likes of Wilson , Wilkinson & Ward given a game at Aldershot , would keep Scott at full back .

We are all getting away from Dual Reg players.

Do we need them anyway , there may have to be a re think after this season with the re structure .

I am sure there is a lot more to it than what is being made public, but the lads that play for the badge get dropped for somebody who maybe playing from one week to next.

I really rate the Hull lads we have had (except Colborn on early showing) but if not playing when not being picked its a waste of time.

I would start the Fev side with all our own lads and use this weekend for fringe players to show up.

Squad is not huge and we do need a winger like Hodson again to help cover situations like at Batley - by the way is he even playing much at Huddersfield?

I reallt rate Butts but Scotty is only one that I've seen yet that good threaten FB position, Lee is very much a second row / centre now.

With everyone fit and at races you wouldn't really need the Hull lads - we could then use them perhaps when it suited us...

I'm not sure DR works, as stated it is unfair on clubs, players and fans, only Hull really benefit, unless you have a massive injury crisis.

I still think loaning players in a better way to do it, then at least you know who and when you are getting.

Problem is, where do the players like Pitts and Arundel if they aren't loaned to a club?
