| Disappointed to see Liam Harris leave us. The article in the Hull Daily Mail says that they understand he has signed a deal with Hull. I presume the Dons haven't made an announcement as it's not yet official.
It's incredibly frustrating for any lower league side (and fans) to see their best players taken from them but it's a fact of life that players will always want to better themselves and also go where they can get the most money. You can't blame the players for doing that either.
I would suspect that Liam Harris will probably come back to us on loan as his first team opportunities will be limited at Hull. From our point of view, the consolation is that it's probably better that he goes to Hull and then returns on loan, rather than go somewhere else and we never see him again.

| Club Doncaster...……………... more like cluster F*ck Doncaster.
How can a club looking to gain promotion sell their best asset?
Is it me or do I get a sense of deja' vu ,......………… first we have the Alberts fiasco ,which made Carl look foolish.
Then we sign one of the games most promising quality half backs only to see him sold to our dual registration partners after a handful of games.
In selling Harris do the club think our promotion dream has already passed and we are looking to cash in on our asset?
I dont blame Harris in wanting to play Super League ,but boy to leave after four months into a two year contract speaks volumes about the clubs aspirations in my eyes.
The five year plan should be rebranded as the F Plan as with Carl at the helm we have F all chance of leaving league 1
Secondly the dual reg agreement should be called the Carl Hall agreement ,as its a waste of space and so full of sh*t its laughable

How can any club stop their best asset from leaving?

| I agree cannot blame the lad for wanting to play SL, but he had a two year contract with us and we should have at least kept him until the end of the season if infact he did have a two year contract with the Dons.
I just hope we made a profit on his sale, that will be reinvested into a team that's been found wanting against the best this league has to offer.
I think it might be time for Carl to step down and let someone else take the reigns as under his stewardship we have consistently failed to achieve with the exception of the first Paul Cooke season.

He had a two year contract with us, if Hull wanted him then hopefully they have been made to pay through the nose, I believe we would be entitled to a fee for him as he's only 21.

I don't blame Harris at all ,given chance to play for your home town club in Super League is a no brainer as far as that goes.
Doncaster had the lad signed to a two year contract and should have made the lad at least see out the season before off loading him.
However this piece of paper looks to be as much use as the paper hanging up in trap 3 in my offices.

They can't and that's a fact now in RL and Football, the Sam Tompkins situation is a case in point.
I am annoyed that this has happened with Harris but the lad deserves full time - wages and training. Good luck to him but I bet it's not the last time we see him in a Dons shirt. I appreciate fans concerns that we have nothing still on the Official site, there is a promo piece about Centurion but that IMO could have waited. I hope that the Harris matter is not skipped over on Friday when the CH does his weekly spot.

| I've said on facebook, but if he's gone he's gone. Play Miller at 7 every week, not when Harris can't get in the Hull squad anymore

| The next time the club are seeking ideas on boosting crowds we should point them to this. First it is we have a big squad which every man and his dog can seec we don't both in size and numbers, the loan debacle, the 'home' game and now this. What little interest i had left in this season has evaporated and I don't expect it to be reignited anytime soon.

| A two bit outfit .... seemples.
The season ticket sales were one step removed from fraud ... yep fraud ... if misrepresentation is fraud ... yep fraud.
Our rivals will once more be p/ssing themselves
However we mustn't be pessimistic when things like this happens ... be positive.
Positive people are always right ... or are too fooking thick to discriminate.

| Right we have had a knee-jerk ...
Now for the cool clear analysis of yours truly.
One ... we can't keep anybody good if someone wants them.
Two ... it won't make a blind difference to our chances of peomotion ... unless of course Miloudi is coming the other way.
Nah!!
Three ... there will be a backlash in season ticket sales next season.... maybe 200 fewer?
Unless of course we get promoted.
Nah again!

| I dont know what arrangements have been in place between the clubs but it seems to me like he was a Hull player in waiting anyway. We paid the fee when he moved to you and he has trained and played with us in pre season. Its only speculation on my part, but I reckon we couldn't sign him this year for salary cap reasons, so came to you with a deal. Now Watts is gone it means we have been able to bring him in earlier than planned. Not that it would be much consolation to you guys of course. I expect he will spend most of the next 2 years with you anyway should you want him. Once our injuries have calmed down a bit.
The dual reg deal isnt my favourite thing at the best of times and its even more of a mess at the minute with our all hands on deck situation. Can certainly see why you are all annoyed with it.

Cause we can, after all he was absolutely brilliant against Bradford wasn't he?He's got no pace,no guile and can't tackle.Apparently Horne took him under his wing at the start of the season to pass on his knowledge and skills,a lot of good that's done.
