Well, that's it for another season. Well done to all the players who have put their bodies on the line for us. I am forever in awe of their dedication and commitment.

Workington had a good game plan and executed it well. The final score didn't really reflect the game. This match proved to be one too many after some gallant efforts in recent weeks.

I'm sure some players will be moving on but there are some key players we must do everything we can to keep. I hope the uncertainly around the league structure gets sorted soon or else that will do us no favours. Quite what we'll be playing for next season is still unclear. Unfortunately, this is a sign of the poor management from those at the top running the game.

Thanks to financialtimes for all your contributions and insights. It's been great to see Ollie in a Dons' shirt. I hope his time at the club has aided his development and wish him every success. I'm sure he's got a very bright future.

I've really enjoyed watching Donny this season, better than watching Wakey. It's been good to catch up with a couple of old acquaintances (Ollie played his junior Rugby with Ross Whitmore)
Ollies really loved it, but was really gutted about yesterday's result, he really wanted to help get you guys promoted, but it just wasn't to be. I had a great day yesterday, was like going back in time up at Work. I stayed the night up there had a great evening out and some Craic with the locals, there is so much more to rugby the super league and all fans of the game should get to as many games at as many levels as they can, be it u9's on a Sunday morning or BARLA cup open age, along with L1 and championship.
Hopefully see some of you again at a game next year. Good luck and fingers crossed for you for next season
