Looking for some advice. My wife and I like to go to an away game for my birthday, and like to stay overnight. Next season Widnes away falls the day after my birthday. Could you give me some advice on hotels and places to drink please

Either stay in Chester or Liverpool mate, assuming you're driving.

There is nothing wrong with Widnes just depends what your looking for mate.There is the Hillcrest Hotel and the Premier Inn in Widnes, it is nice with restauraunts and entertainment near.Chester is a good 25 mins away mate.

Theres also the Everglades on the outskirts if staying over.
