I know what our team is capable of this year would be dissapointed with anything less than 8th . Ive never been to your ground which makes it even more special. Is there any decent pubs in Widnes? How has the promotion gone for the season and is there a buzz around Widnes you have super league back there? Just wanting to know. All the best for next friday. I put my neck on the line a few month back saying we shall win and I still believe this ! But glad you guys are back.

There are a couple of pubs along Lowerhouse Lane, adjacent to the ground, but they're not great. The Albion is probably your best bet, but I've not been there in years so don't quote me on that. Alternatively head into town where there are a few better pubs, Spoons + Imperial down the top end, then places like the Cornerhouse down the bottom. Cornerhouse is within walking distance, but both will be just a few quid in a cab.

The Crown pub near the station is decent and good food.Widnes to win. Serious good to see a few from Wakey visiting.

Few pubs near the ground, cricketers, albion and the bowler, maccies for grub and a chippy.

As for the game of course both teams will be itching for the win but it isnt the end of the world when one of us gets beat. Still plenty more rounds to go, the saints perfomance has given Widnes fans plenty to be optimistic about and one things for sure Wakefild wil find it tough win or lose.
