| Best of luck lads and lasses. Us Leythers will certainly miss the 3 points should the RFL make at least one correct decision in giving you a SL License.
I don't really agree to it, but thats just my opinion. In hindsight, Halifax are the team for which its most deserved as they have been by far the most conistant team in the last 3 years, but you managed to win the NRC, so deserve to be considered. Thankfully, Us Leyther have won nothing !!
Good luck to you guys, and I really hope it does not result in Widnes this year being an non-competative outfit this year due to planning for 2012 etc.
As for a SL club coming down, I really do feel the RFL will bottle itand create a 15 team comp. If they do have balls, then Crusaders get the chop for me. They offer absolutely nothing and Wakefield are just being made a scape goat. Thumbs up from me and good luck !!   |
