| That's the point I'm trying to make, they train with there Super League club all week and turn up at the weekend to play for you, how do you go through set moves or plays at training when some of your players aren't there, this dual reg business definately favours the fat cats from Super League IMO, and I'm not just saying that because my team Barrow haven't got any.

| Depends which way you look at it. You and Fred have both said it heavily favours the SL clubs, which I kind of agree with, but that would probably depend on who pays the wages of the player and how long he plays for you.
Take Ainscough, he's played 3 games when we have both Flynn and Gaskell out injured, and scored 4 tries. Now Flynn isn't far away he can go back in, not bad business by Widnes? If Wigan pay most of Shaun's wages, or even half, then definitely.
I'm sure the players that are making way for dual players will get their chance at some point, and if you play well in the shirt you should keep it.
I still think its a good thing as it strengthens the game overall of young lads coming through, I believe (although they were on loan) that Craig Hall and Kevin Penny dropping a division for 2 months made them better players at the end of the spell, likewise with Ainscough maybe, Farrell, Mitchell etc.
The Championship clubs know the risks they are letting themselves into and should just not be reliant on bringing in dual players and building their team around them, that's when it will fail.

| I wonder if in future years a dual contract system will appear between Championship and Championship One clubs?
There are enough former Leigh and Widnes players bobbing around in that competition anyway arent there?
