| Big game this one, after a disappointing result and performance last week, think we need a win.
I'm guessing the same starting 13 as last week, with hopefully Brown and Faramio onto the bench, to give us some more go forward. I'd spell Houghton with Cator
Leeds look to have a decent 17, I really like the look of Tetevano and Oledzki is the best young forward in SL IMO.
We have our strongest 1 to 7 playing, so I'd like to see us move the ball about rather than the one man rugby we have seen the last few games.
Get Connor passing the ball out wide, after watching the highlights he was a bit unlucky not to set up 3 trys in the first half with his passing.
We looked tired after the Wigan game and the bench was wrong, hopefully both will be better this week.

| Imperative we have some size for this one as Leeds also have a big pack. So definatley Brown back to add bulk to the bench and also Faraimo for his go forward.
If we're not out our half on the last kick as against Catalans then we l struggle as Sneyds deep kicking is crap lately. We need to turn the screw with kicks into the Ingoal area but that only comes off the back of good metres made. Spell Houghton too so he's fresh for his scoots, which seem to evaporate after he's made 300 tackles.

All men are created equal, some work harder in preseason.

| Brown is probably one of our more underrated players on here. Has to play IMO.

| As has been said before and since the Catalan game the bench that BH went with was just to light weight so for me Brown and Faraimo to add some size. Just don't understand why Brown wasn't in the 17 last time but he has to be in this week. Whilst Faraimo adds size if Swift pulls up again then at least we have some cover.
I'd go
Connor
Swift
Griff
Los
Fonua
Reynolds
Sneyd
Sao
Houghton/Johnstone/Cator
Satae
Mau
Savelio
Lane
Fash
Brown
Faraimo
Cator/Johnstone/Houghton
Think it is also showing again that playing Houghton for 80 mins again is negatively impacting us, so spell him with Johnstone or Cator.
Lane has shown up well at 13 and plays 80 so having a bench with both Cator & Johnstone is a waste.

| It'll be interesting to see how all the homes teams fair this round compared to the last round.

| Someone on here actually called the Catalans game "almost a must win"...
For anybody wanted to read a really good sporting cliche, the pre game threads on this board are gold dust...
"Must win"
"Pack size"
"Deep kicking"
"Passing out wide"
I am sure Brett reads this board intently and uses the information as part of his strategic planning for the game in question.

Why?
It will be as equally interesting to see how the away teams do as well...plus all the teams that start with a letter in the second half of the alphabet, plus all the Lancashire teams...and the Yorkshire teams...

| Leeds side looks really strong, they are definitely getting their key players back in numbers after lots of absences early on.

| houghton looked out on his feet against catalans, give johnstone a game, give danny a rest and try to manage him without burning him out, otherwise same starting 13, fariamo and brown to replace danny and scott in the 17

Ignore him, it's all he does on here.
Your point is valid. Three surprise home defeats on Monday for teams playing in front of their own fans for the first time in over a year. The expected boost didn't happen.
Hopefully Leeds have the same problems that Hull, Warrington and Cas had this week.
