So after a good solid win against Wigan in the cup, Reynolds and Mau back with a decent turnaround before playing Catalans a week on Monday plus the first time with fans back at the KC in over a year i really feel optimistic about the game.

Hopefully with more time Reynolds, Sneyd, Connor and Houghton can get really hit the ground running in Monday nights game. Fingers crossed Brown will get a caution based on the Two tackles that went unpunished.

Hopefully the weather will be a little warmer and dry to allow for a great game.

I’d tend to agree re Brown though if they do then both Powell and the Salford player should also be given bans, so just out on that one as can’t see how the Panel can ban Brown but neither of the other two.

Hopefully as it’s more than 8 days before the game both Griff and Danny have time to recover and be fit & good to go.

Faraimo will also be back in contention after his ban but thought Fonua whilst not being spectacular was solid and mistake free.

Fonua has been better in the past two games going forward. Took his try well last week at Wigan, although his error did also lead to their first try.

I like Faraimo, however that’s three times now that his badly timed tackle has resulted in a red card. Therefore for me, Fonua keeps his place. However, he is nowhere near a Marque signing and still needs to do more for the team.

Wecome back, Beebopp. I only post occasionally, but maybe with the "new Hull FC" and crowds being alowed back soon, there's an opportunity to attract more fans back to our great club AND this message board. Although a season-ticket holder for many years, I live 130 miles away, so this message board has been my go-to place. In recent imes it seems to have become a bickering platform, but maybe the spirit of the team can help unite us fans. On that score, I hope the 6k of us that are there next Monday can buck the trend of the "quiet KCom" and raise the roof with a welcome back for the team (face-coverings permitting ).
