It cant be that bad when they actually want money for the SMC as part of the sale of Hull City.
You would think if it was losing money as they say then Mr porky pie Allam would be looking to give it away with any sale. |

Hmmmmm maybe their actual skills should be out in to the restaurant business as they seem very good at cooking the figures to suit.
The problem is they are doing nothing but run down the football club they own (even though they are selling..... yeh right) and they are doing the same with the SMC. Funny how it turned a profit until these expert business men got involved and it now loses money. Be interesting to know how much is paid out to the Allams.
The sooner they have gone from both the SMC & Hull City the better.

Been at the stadium ticket office today and they have a notice up saying as of Monday they are charging a fee of £3 when you buy a ticket through the office and £2 when you buy over the phone, the only option without a fee is online.

I'm going around in circles trying to buy the CC ticket online. First it didn't recognise my email even though they have it, then it didn't recognise my DOB so tried the default and it still didn't reccognise it, then it mysteriously accepted my email address, got email requiring me to click to verify, when clicked it takes you to the FC site with 404 not recognised!!! |

I registered no probs but it gave me a different customer number!!!! Every time I try to get tickets, choose or fast it won’ let me choose my seats plus I can’t input details on the reservation section   |

How are they (the smc) able to charge a booking fee of £3 when your buying a ticket from a machine? It's blatant robbery in my eyes! Surely this is against the law now where handling fees have been abolished

I had a go with the online ticketing system for the first time on Friday.
Bear in mind that it's run by the SMC, not the club, so that's who you will have registered with.
I followed the instructions from here...

Oddly, with Internet Explorer you can see all the helpful screenshots, but with MS Edge, they simply don't show.
I logged in and selected the Cas cup game, my membership seat showed up and I was able to buy it.
However, there was no ‘Access Card’ option in the dropdown menu.
I rang the SMC "dedicated hotline on 01482 358418", and they sorted it out by me paying over the phone. They said I'd receive email confirmation, but it never arrived. My account shows that my seat has been payed for, but I've still no email confirmation of the transaction, despite ringing again yesterday. |
