| I think if Sky had have been showing the game, that would have been a try.BBC coverage is very poor, should spend some of our licence money on more cameras.

| Tbf even though it wasn't needed they showed a new camera angle to check the Talanoa try from the side high up.
For the Ellis try it was very tricky TBF. Initially it's not touching the line but it does eventually. It's not so much a double movement of the arm but a wriggle of the wrist to move the ball forward. As a neutral I wouldn't complain either way it whatever the decision. Under the system of on field ref decision then you couldn't really overrule it. Even under the old system it's an awkward decision to make.

| No issue with the call. With my b&w specs on I thought it probably did brush a bit of whitewash, but it wasn't conclusive. It had to go with the refs call.

Yes that was the fish eye camera though. Not sure we can rely on that in all cases as it distorts the image.

| Pathetic how they used every single camera to try and fault Tuli's try. The only one they didn't use was the CCTV in the car-park.

| Try for me from looking at the replay.
As a Rover's fan I thought Hull got the harsh end of most decisions.
Best team won.

That's good to hear from a neutral. I thought it was just my outraged sense of injustice.
They got the bounce of the ball more than we did, especially in the "loose-carry/ball-steal" stakes.

I'm not a neutral, I dislike (not hate, it's a strong word) your team to the marrow of my bones, but I'm glad you won tonight, we have clearly not spoken before!

| Well done on your achievements this season Hull. Now go get the treble. Be fantastic to see a new name on the cups.
I think it was a try all the way

| I must say what really annoyed me about this was that Ellis knew he hadn't scored, he was trying to get up and carry on quick before Wigan could get themselves set and composed.
Thaler sent it upstairs even though he thought himself that it was no try. If you think its no try and the player clearly does then let the game go on. By stopping it even though he knew it wasn't a score then it gave Wigan a chance to get back into line and have a breather. We could well have been in next play if it weren't for that.
Anyway, doesn't matter one bit, just an observation!

| At the time I said if Wigan had had it disallowed I'd have been fuming as it did look to creep over, but Ellis gave himself up and even said on his player-mic "it was short, no try" - too honest for his own good!
On the other hand, Tierney had a try disallowed for a forward pass that everyone seemed to agree was a bad call so it's swings and roundabouts.

| Looked a try after Ellis had done exactly what hicks said he could do and propelled the ball forward whilst under possession. I wasn't surprised when it wasn't given though. Not in the slightest.

I don't agree that it was a bad call and I also thought the pass for your 2nd try was forward. Doesn't matter as we won but we did seem to get some poor calls against us last night

Clearest forward pass of the evening. Poor execution on that one.
