| Charged with 2-3 games, what are the chances he gets a max of 2 games fresh and ready for the Semi?

Wigan will have already done the spade work it will already be agreed 2 game ban he will know already what he's getting the RFL are a joke and have no credibility in anyone's eyes least of all the coaches owners who run the game

| To be fair , he has never been sent off in super league so in that case any longer than 2 games would be harsh (although at times with the number of head high shots he makes then he has been lucky not to get a red before now )

| To be honest, let him play against us. He is a complete liability. The amount of penalties he gave away when we beat them at the DW was ridiculous

If he takes the egp he will automatically get 2 games. He has a fantastic disciplinary record, never sent off and only sin binned once in 13 years. It's the disciplinary hearing panel that will set the ban, not the review panel, but somehow I suspect he'll just plead guilty and put his feet up ready for the semi final, I know I would.

He'll probably pick up an injury putting his feet up

| A lot of moaning on twitter about this. Would anyone say it was intentional tho? If not then he's been charged with the maximum he can be. I personally think it was just very reckless.

The reason I say 1 game ban is because he was sent off
the review panel will take that into consideration

| Ah Van got 5 games for a tackle that was not as bad and not as intentional.
Pretty typical tbh, it was this type of head strike that the RFL banned shoulder charges for, it's ridiculous that the severe end of the scale like this is punished in such a fashion

| Entirely predictable. Ben Flower's reduction in tariff sets the Wigan precedent.

| Quote: "The tribunal have watched the DVD on several occasions and are satisfied this offence was graded correctly at Grade C.
There is no doubt this was a reckless tackle.
The contact with the opponents head was at speed and with considerable force.
There was significant risk there would be contact with opponents head.
This type of tackle would normally attract a more severe sanction.
However taking into consideration the player was dismissed from the field in the first half of the game, the fact he has accepted his guilt and his exemplary record within the game over a long period of time this tribunal feel that a 1 match suspension and a £300 fine are appropriate.'"
