what a disappointment .... Full saints game comes on and no sound or commentary

i have emailed gbox but this is not first time video uploaded like this.

I am sure they will say quality of video provided by club

but in case you are as sad as me don't give up last time they reuploaded a version with sound !!!


there are some parts of that crazy game that i need to see again ..... like how we bombed early trys, lost a scrum and had two long range efforts ruled out for forward passes and of course the danny washbrook special celebrations.

Just seen the Bowden 'forward pass'. Feck me - what a terrible decision. I thought it look fine at the time and sure enough it's not even close to being forward. One of the best tries of the season disallowed by e officials. The RFL really need to get a grip of these clowns. The jokers involved in our game at the weekend should be demoted to park rugby for the rest of the season.

Nothing wrong with Shaul's try either. Again, I thought it was fine at the game and the footage confirms it. So that's two excellent tries wrongly chalked off in one game, and one try allowed from a clear forward pass. The way Sneyd was kicking on Saturday that's an 18-point advantage handed to Saints.

I'm not even including Yeaman's disallowed try - wrongly chalked off as well - since Washy scored from the restart.

Pathetic.

We were saying try of the season then stupified as to why it was brought back..utterly pants officiating.
One of the worst Saturday was failure to penalise about half a dozen saints players who hadn't retreated and were about 3 metres from the ptb and encroached again the following tackle. Hewer and his touchies were god awful.

I thought at the time that the only reason he had for chalking off Shaul's try was that he couldn't be d to run 80 metres to confirm the score.

Missing a forward pass is one thing (albeit how he missed the Saints forward pass for their 3rd try is hard to understand, when it landed behind the defensive line), but to invent two forward passes that didn't exist, chalking off 2 excellent tries, is simply incompetent. That could easily have cost us.
