On viewing Tonight's game, what really es me off with radders is his desire to sit in tge stands looking clueless eventhough our plan a is out the window, wgat influence can he have from 50 rows up in the west stand???? Take mcdermott, on tge pitchside, directing players and his coaches/ watercarrier, this obviously works, and all footy managers are on pitchside or in tge dugout, for me its a no-brainer.....

Look down the M62 to Cas to see the effect a good coach has. Powell took a team that was in the doldrums under Millward and got them 4th and a cup final. 2/3's of the team then left, but yet again he's assembled a team of other teams cast-offs, NRL bargains & young local talent and they are in with a shot of 4th again. Whereas at our end of the M62 possibly scraping 8th is seen by many as some sort of achievement.
