| We have waited the best part of a decade for a good half-back partnership and now half of that partnership is gone for a month, perhaps 5 weeks.
So, why on earth are we not using one of our promising young players to form a NEW partnership during that time? We have nothing to lose and it could keep Sneyd out of the side when he's ready.
Putting Tyson-Wilson with Pryce for a month will help them to gel. The mooted "half-back school" is a wasted exercise if we're putting a fullback in the scrum-half position. A fullback who also has one eye on going home!
Reece Dean is looking good enough to come into the side too.

| Think it's an admission that despite all of the talk about our depth and quality youngsters in fact they're not considered ready/good enough.

| Again, these youngsters come into a one dimensional attacking (no) structure.
As much as Sneyd has been up and down we missed him massively on Thursday, certainly would have improved our last play options.

| I wouldn't want a promising kid anywhere near our team at the moment. Or anywhere near our fans for that matter. They might never recover.

| Rankin isn't good enough at HB - we saw that plenty last season for Gods sake. His passion and effort is there to see, but he simply is no halfback.
They are born, not made.

| There were plenty of calls for Jack Logan to be given a chance, he was put in the team & now after 2 games there are calls for him to be dropped.
The same would likely happen if we were to play a youngster alongside Pryce. The best bet for me would probably be Abdul, though the way he looked when he came on against Leeds would he last the full 80 minutes?

einstien said insanity is when a person does the same thing over and over again but expects a different result: |

Fortunately your thoughts don't register on our interest meter. Get back to your sockfest!

| Sneyds absence was a massive blow however I believe our attacking problems are with Radford and his inability to be innative. You can tell he was a forward and has a lack of knowledge of attacking structures and plays compared to other SL coaches in my opinion. It's a coincidence that our plays are the same as Doncaster and both teams are struggling??? For me he isn't the type of person to take our club forward. He is trying to install his ethos of discipline, aggression, passion and enthusiasm which in my opinion is difficult to coach as a lot of them traits are innate. He got rid of decent SL players that didn't like his rules and way of coaching such as Arundle and Crooks and to be honest they are the kind of players that can be dangerous.
As for putting Rankin to HB instead of promoting natural halfbacks from the u19's is shocking and shows that he is afraid of failure in my opinion. Rather take the easy option and put in steady players. Would Leeds and Wigan promoted a young halfback? I think so. My opinions of course

I disagree. If your good enough step up and play. If you make mistakes then learn from them. I'm sure some of our 19's can play first team and not come away from a game with an experience that will damage their career. Even KR have chucke in a few young lads. Hasn't Conor Robinson played SL? Not been disrespectful but I sure HTW is better than him and even a few lads from Leeds Wigan etc that has played SL.
