he's had a season, no improvements in the team whatsoever, in fact we've gone backwards. appears that the players have no confidence in him. we can't afford to hang around for 10 games or so into next season. time to go is now

| I've warmed to Radford. Comes across as a guy you could have a beer with & talk rugby all day. No idea about his coaching abilities though. Especially like his post match interviews. Should bring them out as a box set  |

Quite frankly I would say 'amateur coach & amateur club' in its present state in regards the way we run the 1st team. The coaching set up is a farce with no proven credentials or track record at this level. But don't worry next year will be different won't it? |

I don't have any axe to grind with the coach, but the team look clueless. I don't think he is capable of getting the best out of them week in week out, and it shows in his post match interviews.
He's had a season and it feels like we've gone backwards not forwards. We need an experienced coach who can instill authority and respect over the team.
