| ONE CHANGE TO 19-MAN SQUAD FOR TIGERS CLASH
Head coach Lee Radford has opted for just the one change to his 19-man squad to face Castleford Tigers on Thursday evening at the KC Stadium, with Gareth Ellis making his much needed return for the Airlie Birds.
The club captain has missed the previous two fixtures for the Black and Whites with a back injury which he suffered in last month’s trip to Wakefield Wildcats, despite playing a week later in the BG Night Out against Warrington.
Ellis has been in talismanic form this year for the Airlie Birds and will a welcome inclusion for Hull as they aim to tackle a strong Tigers outfit.
The former West Tigers man replaces Richard Horne in the side who despite being named in last week’s preliminary squad, missed out at the DW Stadium.
Hull also receive the welcome boost of centres Setaimata Sa and Kirk Yeaman, who like Horne were pulled from the team that faced the Warriors after failing late fitness tests.
Hull FC: Abdull, Bowden, Cunningham, Ellis, Green, Hadley, Houghton, Lineham, Paea, Paleaaesina, Rankin, Sa, Shaul, Talanoa, Thompson, Watts, Westerman, Whiting, Yeaman
No Carney, Huby or Webster for Cas.

Hull FC
Fook it.
Just hammered us at 17/10 with 365.
Need a pocket full of notes for York races on Saturday.

| Just hoping having Gaz back can lift us and hope he'll lead by example and make some of tothers feel embarrassed not to put a shift in.

| If it wasn't playing his old team I'd be tempted to drop Thompson, after a promising start he has been very disappointing recently, his go forward gas stopped and has been poor in defence, I know he isn't the only one, but his standards have slipped and maybe a game off will do him good.
I'd go for experience in this game and drop Bowden and Hadley.

Bowden actually has more SL games under his belt than Green now.

| Dreading watching this, I've brought my home shirt to wear but I can honestly say I'm not going to wear it, as I sense another dry 1 again with talc on!

| I didn't realise that about Bowden, I'd still stick with Green and he had been the better of the top the last couple of games.

| Interesting one this. We won the corresponding fixture 52 nil last year. A couple of coaching changes later and no one would be that surprised if the score was reversed. If only we'd gone for powell instead of gentle a couple of years back

Unless you're planning on playing your entire Academy side against us I suspect you have nothing whatsoever to worry about.
