When will an FC owner actually use common sense and hire a proper experienced coach instead of assistant after assistant its a joke. People are blaming Radford but to me the blame falls right at Mr Pearson.

People will say John Kear was an assistant and won the challenge cup but he was a full time coach before that and had won a challenge cup. Since then its been inexperience assistant coach after assistant coach and they have all failed.

After Peter Gentle who tbf wasn't doing to bad of a job was shown the door. I was certain Pearson would go out and get a top class coach and what did he do he went for a novice in Radford because he was local.

Only way we are going to have any chance of ever challenging for honours is bringing in a top class coach or at the very least one with experience and proven track record at this level.

There is no guarantees but im pretty condfident he would do a lot better then Radford.
