Your usual great read Wilf and what a start to the season. Like you I didn't know which way to look when Bosc was lining up that conversion at the end. But he missed, we all celebrated and the boys are up and running. Lets hope for the same attacking rugby on Friday.

At long last the season has started and a good 2 points. I remember that game against Saints and the outstanding game that Flash had that day, he left the pitch drinking a can of beer (in the days before zip tops) - a gift from a grateful fan

yeh came home from the match glad of the win,but concerned about how easily catalan scored those tries at the end.but after watching the video (several times) was really pleased with our big fellas,carvell,paea, feka, and also Bowden. when at the kc didn't think westerman had a good game,but totally changed my mind after watching it again!! still a bit disappointed in ellis, not saying hes a bad player, no way, but expected with his reputation and money hes on,a lot more really?!

Great read again, Wilf, thankyou. It's as comforting as dunking a chocolate digestive into a hot cup of tea while settling on the sofa for the night.

Got to say, though, it wasn't a hide-behind-the-sofa moment for me on that last kick. In fact, I'm ashamed to say I did something for the first time since I was a child - banged with both hands as hard as I could on the seat in front of me while yelling like a banshee.
