Which is the best pub for a pre match drink and bite to eat this Sunday in Featherstone ?

Depends what you are looking for was told that a few buses have booked into the Greenlane working mens club so should be full of black and whites, Featherstone hotel and Junction do a Sunday lunch and I think so does the Travellers Last orders is the nearest to the ground cheap ale will be packed and of course the clubhouse and lagoon bars will be open in the ground. If you have someone driving with you i would recommend the beer at the Bradley arms North Fev its run by Tracy and Robin (Rovers scholarship manager) but is a couple of miles from the ground hence the need for someone driving.
PS There are road works on the main Pontefract Wakefield road outside the Travs and Junction 3 way lights are in operation causing congestion

good old featherstone - the rovers it's ok to like

i would probably go round by the back of xscape and go through north featherstone. plenty of ways to avoid the roadworks
