as much as us hull fans can raise the team when were on our game (semi v wire) i can't help feeling we have lost alot of atmosphere and connection with the players through the lack of songs/chants we have for individuals.as much as i hate to say it (and i really hate to say it) i do feel slightly jealous of the whinos with there number of different songs.stood on threepenny for the first 20+ yrs as a fan it was that what made been a hull fan different to the rest.home or away our song collection was massive.even when the team was playing poorly to be able to single out a player who was putting a shift in was not only a message to him that we see that he's trying but a message to the rest that if you want the fans to adore you step your game up and we'll show you as well.the best thing for me was you did'nt need to be the best player to be a terrace hero.you just had to care about the shirt ie disco dancing (brian) blacker,he's got no hair but we don't care jon sharp/dave maiden,french anthem-entant/d divet ,raggy tash mark hewitt and chico,chico,chico.i hate to say this but could we maybe do with a f.c band ?.as much as i used to dislike them they do unite the leeds fans time and again.when the k.c's rocking its awesum but to often we wait for the team to lift us.maybe its time for the locals to lift the local team their trying to build

Whats the odds that whinos have got a song for Briscoe by the start of the season. All that time with us and we never bothered. Don't like the band idea but just need more people to join in when someone sings instead of turnin round n lookin at the bloke like he's got two heads

Possibly but I know I personally go to rugby to watch the game. Not to sing or listen to others singing or playing instruments. If I wanted to do that I'd stay at home & listen to music.

It is good at any game when theres an atmosphere thou, cas/wakey are a top craic when its warm and were singing love those days it can be pretty dull at KC and several other grounds i think its seating. imo
