Watching tonight's playoff game puts our handling at Wembley into perspective.

The top team over the regular season and the cup winners look just as bad as we did.

The common factor is, of course, the now infamous Rhino ball.

I remember games in the winter era in the mud bowl of Odsal. There weren't as many handling errors in those games as there are now.

There must be some kind of coating on the ball that reacts with the rain to cause a teflon effect.

And we've got at least two more years of this!

Someone start a Facebook campaign to bring back the Steeden (or Mitre if they're still going) ball.

They didn't that well to be honest they just did it better than us which is kinda understandable as we were as we were chasing the game after Wigan played the conditions better than us.

If RFL have signed up to use the Rhino ball for another 2 years they should either be looking to get out of the contract or putting pressure on the manufacturer to change it to make it easier to handle.

There was an article I read last week saying rhino will be talking to players in the off season about improving the ball as they have recognised the problem and want to rectify it. Can't remember where I saw it but I'm not imagining it!

It's got nothing to do with concentration, the ball is like a cake of soap. Plenty of players on Twitter are having a go about it.
