| been mentioned on a few so thought he deserved his own thread,
His kick that hit the posts and the one that held up just in goal were two of the best I've seen in a long time, and neither looked like accidents.
He was giving Widnes all kinds of trouble with his step and pace, I know he got lost a few times and ran around himself but that will come good with more game time I reckon. He also never seemed to lose his head, which is brilliant for a young player in such a key role.
Slap a longer deal on the table and put a deposit down on the statue

| I also liked the way he was giving The Thug some afters on the floor in a tackle after Hock had handed him off. I like the look of the lad; he's getting better with every game and I'm really pleased with his physicality in defence, he shies away from nothing !!!

yeah, he seems to be a natural leader and has that sort of mentality where he takes no bullpoo and doesn't dish it out either

I did think that was quite comical when the Widnes player picked the ball up with his feet behind the dead ball line without seeming to realise what he'd done.

Yeah. The ball looked about an inch short of the line in the end & he'd stood behind it waiting for it to go out. Once it rocked back off it's point & stopped he realised he'd have to play it, but didn't come back into the field of play first.

| Wasn't perfect but it's a long time since I've seen a SH in the Hull colours demanding the ball at 1st receiver so many times in a game.

| I think he's just been a breath of fresh air since he's arrived, and he's getting more confident game by game. Really like the look of the kid, he brings a lot of energy to the team and alongside DJ we've probably got the best field kickers in SL. I also don't think it's any coincidence that Ellis' form has improved tenfold since Miller has come in, he knows the lines that he likes to run and he plays off his shoulder brilliantly. Up until now we haven't played to Ellis's strengths imo and last night showed just how dangerous he can be given the right service. Roll on next week.

| Don't wanna get ahead of myself or apply too much pressure to the kid, but a potentially candidate for Lance Todd trophy (should we win)?
His joy at winning the semi should now passionate and enthusiastic he is and you never know, Wembley could be the stage where he really makes the league stand up and notice him. I think he's going to have a cracker.

| he's good, he could be very good.
i was foolishly critical of him going into this match. i was saying that he take the line on too much. and should be focusing on having line runners off him. but he made some of those widnes defender look incredibly flat footed at times last night.
i do think tho that his try assists will rocket if he can use his foot work to draw in defender and have the likes of ellis, crooks and whiting running those killer lines they do so well

| Miller i feel will be a sensation next season. But what i like most about him is that it seems he's not scared of anyone. In the semi against Warrington he was niggling at Westwood and yesterday at Hock.

| I've liked the look of him since he made his debut. Really crisp passer of the ball, good step and acceleration, decent kicker (potentially a very good kicker) and the pace of an outside back. When Riley made the interception last week he tracked back with ease.
Give him another year to learn the English game and properly bed into both the club and his position and he will be a star imo.
