Wonder what's people's thoughts on the 9position?
Personally I've been frustrated by the lack of opportunity of heremaia at 9.
Last night i thought we instantly looked better the second Aaron got on the field. Before the season started I've wanted Aaron to start, think he's a better passer, better kicker, better at getting forwards on the front foot. All good attributes for getting your team on top. Danny has an immense work rate, brings enthusiasm and can be a devastating runner.
Think Danny's been involved trying to playmake to much this yr. I'd like to see him off the bench say 20in, blow some holes in the opposition and get back to what he's good at! Aaron could have a spell off then come back don't need to take Danny off again utilise both against tiring defences.
Think we have the best hooking interchange in the league but have yet to see it used to its best effect yet.

Think I prefer Heremaia coming on from the bench, as it showed last night he brings a lot of zip to the team when the opponents get tired.

Good partnership. I thought Lynch was the player who came on and started running and tackling harder than anyone else had done. The rest followed.

Thought Houghtons second spell was much better than his first. This competition for places is exactly what we need.

I think Houghton loses some of his go forward when he does the 80 as he tackles so much, obviously spelling him means he can have the go forward too

Our passes from acting half are faster and more accurate when Heremia is on.

Last night we were clueless until heremaia came on then we transformed. As much as I like Houghton he is very limited in attack

Also has anyone ever kicked 2 40-20s in the same game for us before? Let alone consecutively? 2 great kicks from Aaron.

He's great running at a tiring defence when the markers are struggling but his distribution from acting half really isn't up to scratch. If he could work on his distribution then he'd be a top hooker but until then he's just a very good one. That being said though, it's not as bad as it was a few seasons ago.

It's a great combination and they compliment each other well. As long as one turns up to play each week we should go pretty well.
