It't going to take a while due to the lack of investment in youth from the previous regime, but great initiative and 6 potential halfbacks identified, so who knows a couple of years down the line we may have a home grown 6 or 7.

Still hope we can find a quality 7 somewhere out there for the here and now

Given that we have Shannon McDonnell as first choice full back for a couple of years I would look at Jamie Shaul as a potential halfback. He used to play there and seems to have the right skill set

Impressive stuff. PG's attitude for the long term development of the club is exactly what we need.

Fully agree it's his biggest success so far the work being done with young players and the opportunities they are getting in the first team.
