I was unable to make the rescheduled game against bradford on sunday due to work and then it been to short notice to swap shifts anyway i emailed the club to enquire about any sort of refund for pass holders who couldn't attend. So i thought i would share the reply for anyone else in the same situation.

Dear Ben,

Thank you for your email regarding the postponement of Friday's match against the Bradford Bulls.

We acknowledge that the postponement will be tremendously frustrating for season pass holders, especially those who may not be able to make the re-arranged fixture.

Whilst normal match ticket purchasers can receive a refund on their ticket, we understand that this isn't an option for season pass holders.

We will look at ways of trying to compensate for this, but I am sure you can understand it isn't a straightforward process.

If there is something we can do to address this we will and will communicate this via our club website.

That's a little disappointing but not unexpected, I understand it's a little more complex with season passes. I was unable to get to the game on Sunday so am in the same boat as a season pass holder.

It would be nice if the club could sort something out.

with the knew card and scan system for season ticket holders they should have on record who has a pass and didn't go on Sunday and be able to contact those people directly on this situation

maybe those that missed it should be allowed free entry to our first Cup game maybe?

On passes Has the wife and I was walking to gate 18 South Stand I pick up somebodies season pass I handed the pass to the Steward on the gate hope the fan who lost it got it back

I would suspect the get out clause is like the short notice given if sky decide to move a game. I buy a season ticket and like all am at the mercy of the tv.

I was the same, traveled across from Manchester to watch the game on the friday but had to return on the saturday.

To be fair, it was not the clubs fault there was a postponement, just a set of freak circumstances.

When the derby game was switched last year I contacted the club as it was their decision to change. They offered me a free ticket to the Wigan game ( and seeing I am a pass holder just meant I could take someone with me)

Heard you the first time... and second...oh, and third....

Normally when sky switch a game it still gives me enough time to swap shifts, I know this wasn't the clubs fault but it wasn't mine either and if people buying tickets or paying on the day can get a refund then I don't see why pass holders shouldn't, I would quite happily accept a free ticket for another game.

Hope something can be done. A couple of season pass holders I know were there on Friday but couldn't do Sunday. Would a nice goodwill gesture by the club to sort something out for everyone affected.
