Much truth in this. We're fannying about ATM trying out different combinations, Dobson's been the heart of Rovers side for years and ran the show. Holdsworth not getting here until the New Year hasn't helped - won't matter in the long run, but in the meantime to me today our lack of a general was a cost to us as it has been every year since 2007 apart from the few games Dykes managed. As you say adding in Burns will further strengthen their hand in this respect.

No team can play without a proper organiser. Sinfield, Briers, Dobson do it very well. Hopefully for Hull Holdsworth fills this position or Seymour does what he promised before last season.
As an aside I think Wigan will struggle this year without such a figure.
