| After Berro's best mate mentioned most improved player in the rumours thread it got me thinking..! I'd say it's an easy pick with Will Sharpe been well out in the lead.! Just wondering if it's just me with blinkers on but who's your choice!??

I'd agree on Sharp but I think it's difficult to judge other players purely because we have plenty of players playing their first season for FC this year, we've also had players walk out and players kicked out, we've had loan signings and while we have had more young players in the first team than in recent years is it to difficult to judge yet whether they have improved as yet?
I'd also say Aspinwall. Not because I followed his career in any great detail before he signed, more because I've been far more impressed than I thought I would be with what he brings to the squad, particuarly as my expectations of him were pretty low when his signings was announced. Well worth a one year deal in my view. Richard Whiting seems to improve year on year too, no matter where we stick him. Someone give that guy a knighthood

| if you watched the season backwards it would have to be Turner
I'd say Sharp too, shame about his injury, hope we see him again seeing as Lineham's out

| Got to be Tom Lyneham hasnt it? Gone from playing park rugby for Hull Uni at the beginning of the season to looking a very competent Super League player by the end of it.

| May be controversial but I think Briscoe has had his best season for us. Just seems a more complete player these days and not shy on taking responsibility anymore.

| Green has done well. Sharp would have been a choice had he not got injured.

| liam watts. Couldn't even get a game with the 10th placed team, now holding down a starting spot with us. Just shows what a decent coach can achieve

| Will Sharps form was great up to his injury.
Of the youngster who have been given their chance, Lineham and Bowden are the ones which have stood out the most.

| don't know about the most improved but houghton's game has gone up yet another notch this year - to the extent where we worry we can't function properly without him. another step next year will see him in full international reckoning

| Goldie. He's changed a lot of people's perceptions about him and I like him in the side. We seem more solid.
Sharp has improved but I hear he's found another club.

| Plenty of contenders, but for me it's got to be Radders. Retirement seems to have brought him on leaps and bounds, right from that first hit on Langley in his testimonial he's not taken a step backwards when called upon to play.
