I noticed jim wigglesworth scored a hatrick for the 20s against huddersfield . Could anyone give me some info on the kid ? Was he from union ?

There's an article in the Mail on him. Radford played with him at Hull RU. The club wanted him earlier in the season but he was on tour with the England Counties team. He's joined by another union lad, Greg Lound. |

Greg's on trail at Hull? I'm good friends with him and he hasn't told me anything haha, went to school with him and played rugby with him. He's a great fly half, at uni now though so didn't think he'd sign full time with hull |

He played centre for the u20s against Hudds. |

Jim Wigglesworth played the season for Hull RUFC, really quick and with some scintillating skills. Ended up touring with the England Counties side (the side for semi pro players) not bad for an 18 year old. He's from Nottingham.
Lound is a good fly half in Union, has also played full back, he's a former Hymers student, passes and kicks well.

Was that high school or sixth form? I was at sixth form with him! He's been with FC since Easter, training with them and his first ever game of RL was on Saturday. I can see him having a really good future in RL at half back with his kicking, organising and support play.
Wigglesworth was the one whose name I didn't know when giving the updates on Saturday, but he was probably the best player on the pitch, you could hear him screaming at the defensive line when he moved to full back. |
