He stood and watched Hall catch it then made a lame attempt to tackle him. A proper winger, which I'm sure by his own admission he isn't, would have done much better. |

He tackled him into touch. There should have been defensive cover inside. |

The attacking winger always has the advantage when contesting a ball like that as they have the forward momentum. Briscoe, who is a proper winger, would have done no better. Whiting took his man into touch and the players inside should have done more to deal with the speculative inside ball. |
