I suppose as Wigan are in the final next week there was a slim chance of an upset. To be fair most would have expected Hudds to trounce Salford and the other fixtures this week are not exactly mouth watering.

I'm going to start watching all Super League games in mute mode: If it isn't Ray feckin French "Errr, Errring" It's Stevo creaming himself over Macaulay Tomkins. I had just told the wife to turn the to55er off when he guffawed, "Bend boy" I nearly spat my glass of wine all over the screen.

not at all, what people are fed up of is watching Clarky (Wigooon employee) start a programme fawning about Tomkins being "maybe better than Hanley" and then Eddie and Stevo creaming every time he cut through the pathetic Bratfud defence, the referee not penalising holding down, late into the tackle, stripping the ball, offside from kicks, not square at the ptb, moving off the mark, chicken wings and pretty much anything else (although I can say I didn't see the Ninja position last night, nor Tomkins breaking out into Vogue whilst scoring a try (admittedly he got close)).

Wigan are good, as are Warrington, are they the "best teams ever to play Super League", possibly, are they the "best team ever to play Rugby League" I'm not so sure.

one thing is for certain, whatever Tomkins is, he isn't brave or a "man", he's a prima donna who believes his own press, and we all know what comes before a fall, see the next international games for reference.

My point is not about my team, it is about the constant need to show Wigan all the time on TV when there are 13 other teams, and mid table battles although may not produce the skill of the top teams are just as entertaining. If all I wanted to watch every week was top drawer rugby I would watch the NRL!
