Having just moved backed to Hull from Leeds, I'm now looking for a new rugby club to play for!

Used to play for the Akkies up in Leeds, and loved it. Much prefer summer rugby to winter, but I'm not sure which clubs have made the switch and which haven't. Can anybody clue me up? Baring in mind that I'm mainly looking for social-level rugby! Have the Hull & District leagues stuck to winter or moved to summer for next year? Totally confused!

The Conference teams (and there 'A' teams) have moved to summer iirc

Yea that is correct. I play for West Hull and when the switch to summer happens the 1st team will play in the National league and the 2nd team will play in a regional Yorkshire league.

Conference moved to summer, however they are still playing around 10/11 matches up to November, so full training etc is ongoing.

Thats a local mini league comp (4 or 5 teams) so that the lads don't in effect have a year off whilst the transition is in progress
