A big 'hallelujah' moment today, Hull dominating the game and despite the baking heat and exhaustion actually kept on trying to score

We haven't seen such a mad attitude from the team since the days of McRae where we quite often put 50+ on teams.

While I appreciate Wakefield are struggling and had a man sinbinned...the majority would be a lot more happy if we played with that level of desire every week. I felt we were much more creative with our runs and passing game also, and Westerman is becoming much more involved in the play.

Kicking game still needs work though, a better side would have really punished us for the amount of easy kicks the full-back was picking up.

all in all a good afternoon out in the sunshine and I am much more positive than I was a few weeks back.

We can only beat what is in front of us etc.
Reckon we are improving all the time.Wasn`t long ago Wakey dumped us on our own turf.

for me it's about keeping a winning run up , I think 50 odd points in todays conditions is pretty good . We need more options on the kick though ..

Our attack looks to have improved this season. At the moment we have scored 476 points and last season we scored 569. So with 8 games to go I reckon we should be on course for surpassing that, although whilst I appreciate that is still a long way from where we want to be we are slowly improving in this area of the game.

In 2009 we scored 509 points and 538 in 2008.

The 50 is irrelevant to me but it's good to see the team keep going and it gives one less thing to moan about one here.

I'd be happy with three 1-0 (in our favour) scorelines over the next three games

Good that we were a bit more clinical. Not so good is that its took us 19 games of the season to actually get to this.
