Ironic that this comes up on the 2nd anniversary of Hull playing Saints with Long playing for them in the week his transfer was announced. 2 years ago we saw Long show some class as Saints tonked us, thinking 2010 and beyond would be great with him at the helm.
Alas, it simply hasn't happened.

Same here...the problem is we know once he is back it will not be long before he is injured again...Now we know why Saints would not give him more than 1 yr, he is finished! |

The thing is Paul,as much as I rate Longy you just have a niggling fear he is going to get injured when he takes to the pitch.I cannot state how hughely disappointed I am it has not worked out for him.I was well happy when he signed for us. |
