Failure Been Rewarded???

To me it seems the only club were failure is rewarded is Hull fc. The club has gone so far backwards it's untrue i know many fans including myself have been driven away and are staying away because this regime continues to pull our pants down and sell us short. We have a problem at board level were our Chairperson refuses to recongise the very fans that line her pocket year on year the last time we heard off her was the 2005 Challenge Cup final i believe, on many occasions JR has been asked why she can't attend fans forums with the same answer that he is in charge of the day to day running of the club and he has all the answers. James Rules comments in the HDM were a disgrace to the paying fan and just goes to how far removed this regime is and the contempt to which they see us fans as, because it is completley true they only see us as a cash cow nothing more. Rich Agar should never have been given the job in the 1st place but most including me were prepared to give him a chance first, but he has failed bigtime over the last 3 seasons, the only time we played any rugby during that period was when Adam Dykes played and he single handley made us play a bit of rugby and got us around the field. Coupled with poor signings,shocking interchanges,boring rugby,no game plan, no plan B, i could go on forever yet he was rewarded with a new deal, therefore the person or people that handed him that deal have to front up and accept they have rewarded failure and do something to put it right before they lose the total respect of the fans and once gone will be very hard to entince back to the club. This season has gone already but with the amount of players OOC at the end of the year we need a new man in place so he can identify who stay,who goes, and what areas of the squad need to be improved and he has to given a free hand to do this with no interfence from board level
