See there are 2 new mods been added and Niel HFC not there anymore......i may have missed the thread about the new mods being appointed but nice to see 2 just added...wonder how they get the jobs...1 looks a definate "jobs for the girls" or will she be as good as her other half at it.

Will owt change with 2 new ones....2 are hardly on at all......1 does as he likes and as long as he is right...sod anyone else and 1 is fair....so nothing going to change then.....FC voices now has a mod on here...should be intresting.

| I have no problem with any Mod on here tbh, and also no problem with Karen or Chris who are both decent posters, who I am sure will do a good job. However I thought there was a process if any poster wanted to be a mod, they informed admin or some-thing, or when a vacancy arose posters nominated themselves and a vote took place, giving every-one who may be interested the opportunity to carry out the role...Personally I would never want to be a mod, I am far too outspoken, and when pushed can become a little keyboard warrior, not that any-one would have noticed mind  |

If you have a problem with the way things are run on here, I would personally recommend you raise your concerns with the admin team in private who will be happy to discuss it with you. |

Had a couple of minor run ins with the mods in my time, but i was usually stepping over the line and being out of order. When you compare the moderation on our board compared to some of the others i think we get away with a lot more than others do.

Just to remind you, Neil FC has been involved with Voices for a few years now so there has been an "FC Voices Mod" for a while, likewise with IanP, he too was in Voices while Moderating on here. |

Doesnt bother me one bit who the mods are on here or how they get the job,ive never had a run in with any of them,i also know all the mods as friends except for kosh and they are no different on here as they are in the pub or were ever,dont even notice they are on here at times.
