noticed hutchies post in the westerman thread where he jokingly (i hope) said radford could play at 6. just wondered who is the worst example of a player who has been played in the wrong position, maybe forced through injury or a bold selection gamble that backfired.
i'll nominate fili seru the (ahem) flying winger from 1998/9 who was played at a cup game at salford at stand off - oh dear, i felt a tonking coming on in that game and wasn't wrong

Kearney was very good for us, Ok he wasn't the player he was in his younger days but his defence and workload was excellent, no different from Fitzgibbon this season and look how good he has been.

Chico Jackson on the wing on paper looks a shocking move, but he did quite well for Hull there.

I remember Colin Best at FB away at Widnes one game, he had a shocking, FB wasn't a good position for him.
