| I wonder if anyone on this board can help me or offer advice.
I have a season pass in my own name. My husband and son have season passes which they bought in an auction from BAE Systems, my husbands employer. When I took the passes in to the ticket office yesterday to buy tickets for Saturday, they told me that because my husband and sons passes were in BAE Systems name, they were not available from the ticket office, and I would have to go to the Hull FC reception. I got my own ticket no problems.
When I went to the Hull FC reception it was locked and empty. I enquired at the shop and they told me everyone was at the Player of the Year Awards. The lady in the shop was really helpful and tried to find the tickets but was not successful. She took my name and number and said someone would ring later. I waited all afternoon but nobody rang.
When I rang Hull FC this morning, I spoke to a lady called Sarah who told me that someone had purchased tickets for my husband and sons seats from the ticket office some time yesterday! When I enquired how this could be possible, because the passes for these seats belong to my husband and son, she said it must have been someone from BAE Systems because according to the database they own these seats. She referred us back to BAE Systems.
My husband has been trying all morning to find out from their HR department who actually has the tickets, but has not got any answers. Are there any forum users who are also BAE employees in the same situation?
We are all quite p***d off about the situation and quite worried that my husband and son are not now going to get tickets, now they are on general sale and we are all at work. We are not sure how to take the matter further.
Thanks for looking, Sally.

My husband has been trying all morning to find out from their HR department who actually has the tickets, but has not got any answers. Tony Arksey used to be the site manager at BAE Brough but is now at BAE Warton in Lancashire. Are there any forum users who are also BAE employees in the same situation?

No it isn't. Corporate tickets are handled by the club, not the ticket office.

Let's make it simple then!
Purchase the crappest seats in the ground (one of the corners).
March down the pitch to your corporate seat and hand over tickets to the gazumper and tell him to do one.
Better?

| What is simple is that the OP's husband and son paid for the passes and are in physical possession of them. They should be the only people able to use them to buy tickets.
Its a matter they ought to be taking up with BAE rather than the club however.

| Even though Bae bought the tickets because they were then bought from Bae by a third party wouldn't that mean a transfer of ownership to the employee and family?

wouldn't it depend on what name is on the pass itself?

| Does sound like BAE (or somebody working for them) are the ones at fault with the facts currently at hand.
