We won without playing well, and arguably when we didn't deserve to. A handy trick to pull off, but one I'd rather we don't try again.

Had Turner first try and simply that we tried to play rugby, It didnt quite come off but the Wakefield home game earlier in the season was one of the worst games I have ever witnessed, in contrast this was an entertaining game with both teams wanting to go and win it.

I thought our effort in defence was superb throughout the game.

I know Catalans have had a wretched season but Walters states that last nights game was their best of the year and with the players back like Greenshields and Mcguire they could upset a few teams over the next couple of months.

We struggled in attack, but defensively we where very good. Think we tried to hard on occasions to throw killer passes, when we should of just taken the tackle. But it was a tight game and we where looking to find a way through a tough Cats defence.

They are a better team than their league position shows and will win a good few more games before the end of the season.
