Which is best (most in-depth) site for having a flutter, i use betfair for everything else but it's just not that clever on RL.

I always go to oddschecker and take it from there.

Betfair Rugby forum is one of the most astute in terms knowledgeable posters both in SL and the lower leagues. Well worth looking/posting on there and getting to know some of the posters.

Betfair is very good for televised sky matches, but doesn't offer the draw on the handicap, all h/c prices have .5 on the end. Also very good for trading in running.

They don't tend to offer 1st tryscorer bets as there really isn't the liquidity in those markets for people to get too involved. Their season long bets suffer from the same also.

Skybet tend to cover ALL SL matches for 1st tryscorer, etc something which the others only do for televised matches. A couple of them (Sportingodds for one) offer e/w 1/4 odds on the 1st 4 try scorers to give some added value.

Apart from that, they are pretty much all the same, Open accounts with them all and take the bonuses on offer then use oddschecker to get the best prices on the markets you want.

If you're interested in spread-betting, then bet hi-lo is a good place to start. you can bet anything upwards of a penny a point and have limited wins/losses.

Oh and a couple of them will very quickly limit your stakes/close your account if you have a couple of wins. Bet365 are the worst for that

Paddy Power throw up plenty of markets but are late in publishing the handicaps for the weekend games. Friday nights not up now , 24 hours before for example.

Hills offer plenty of alternative handicaps & h/t handicaps.
Skybet are always worth a look.
Agree that oddschecker is your first stop, but you should be looking to work out your own handicap starts yourself before looking at their prices.
Haven't used corals, ladbrokes or fred for rl for ages, but betfair is a must for trading.
