For anyone planning to get a train over to Hudds to watch the England v NZ game ive just had a look at train times to see there are no trains between Hull and Selby on both 7th or 8th. Replacement bus services are in operation meaning bus to selby, train to leeds, train to hudds. over 2 hours.

Due to them working on the tracks, it took me three hours to get back too leeds week before last! So make sure you book in advance and look at times, add say an hour onto it because it was an hour longer than what trainline said it would be.

No worries, there are 4 of us planning to go on train, stay over and come back on train on the sunday. Sods law is that the weekend we choose to use trains there's major engineering works. Think we're driving instead now.

it seems to be the same every year. i don't use trains too often so this gives me the impression that there's something to mess it up every weekend
