| Great Performance From the Lads!!!
[iHull FC 30 - Leeds Rhinos 18[/i
Sunny Day at Ionians and Hull Really took the game to Leeds, Gotta Say Gulf in Class in my eyes!...
Forwards went well! Making good Yards!!..
Jack Aldous Fantastic Game! 200%
Lee Williams at number 7 pulling the strings, Great Kicking Game..
Jack Briscoe at Full Back Very Classy! Reads the game So Well, Very Bright Future!..
2 Great try in 2nd half, 1st one!..interception by Number 5 Danny Swales on the half way line.... All the way in for 4points! Great turn of pace!!
2nd one.. Deju vu... From last week.. Kick into the corner and Reece Lyns goes in! FANTASTIC!..
As Always 100% Lads...
Roll on Saints in 2wks!
Well Done Lads!

| Seems like we have our next raft of young talent coming on nicely. Does Williams look like a natural 7 or an adapted 6?

Williams can play at both 6 or 7! Looks pretty Natural to me at 7!.. As long as the lad keeps progressing... Who Knows.. Same applies to Danny Nicklas of the Rezzies! Deffo Years away tho in my eyes..

"I definately feel there will be another try Ray" - Jonathon Davies, Saturday 27th August 2005.: |
|
| Was a good game and a good performance by our lads. Leeds coulnt cope up front. To balance it up I thought Leeds were probably the poorest Leeds academy or reserve side I've seen in some time. No direction at all and "playing" on the back of a well beaten pack made them look very ordinary.
The score could and should have been much more emphatic. I can only remember us kicking a couple of conversions in the whole game. Could easily have been another ten points or so added to our score.
Williams is a 7 not a 6.
