As well as playing style, i think the whole matchday is lethargic, tired and lacking any kind of excitement.

the new PA is poor, cant get the crowd going. It would have been better to advertise the position on the website and maybe have an x factor style vote, a different person for each hom game, then a vote for the best to take it permanently next year.

Also, on sat night, the music was quiet, no cheerleaders (have they been dropped too), and just a general lethargy which probably led to the quietest welcome for the players for ages (and not just due to the lack of numbers)

I say bring back Housequake, The Beautiful Couch and even Venus for a better pre match!!

Got to agree, also why do they not play the young kids at half time any more?

its absolutely rubbish i agree, obviously the game is the main event but the pre-match stuff doesn't do anything to get the crowd going or encourage people to get there early

at least before we got to laugh at the usually rubbish 'singer' on the pitch and moan about how only the west stand could see the fireworks!

i dont think they are allowed during the football season, so we may get a mini league game from the next home game onwards?

It seems to have gone down hill over a number of years IMO. We used to have a diverse pre match and halftime entertainment. Now the whole concept of match day is low key and lacking passion.

That can be equally said of our performances.

It's time to stop the "Welcome to the KC Stadium" nonsense, where the PA introduces the away fans to the West, South, and East stands in turn. It's like Groundhog Day!

Thats ok, but its just "something" to have on there, it should have more focus on it.

I disagree, when done right, it can start the atmosphere off. Leeds 2 years ago springs to mind with the flags - unfortunately it was the one of the last times that announcer did it

Completely pointless.

The try line challenge (or whatever it's called) lasted about 2 minutes on Saturday.

Bring back Lawrence Robinson!

Going to be interesting to say wether or not the crossbar challenge remains unaltered in its format for the Saints game.

I swear I could hear the P&O rep choking on his prawn sandwich when the 2nd kick hit the crossbar.

They'll have to slot em over from the halfway lane wearing slippers with the ball on a roll of sellotape next time
