He said the same in the HDM. By Leadership he means on the pitch though, i just dont think we have an off the pitch but he isnt going to do himself out of a job is he.

Agar's suggestion that we lack leadership on the pitch is the most damning indictment yet that he is out of his depth. Leadership is very much a state of mind - a state of mind that the finest coaches / man managers are able to instill into the players psyches.

The players won't listen to him anyway as he doesn't command the respect of his troops. He should just go be a boxer as that's the biggest skill (only skill) he has. |
