That's interesting because the SMC do not pay loads of wonga to the council , over 8 years both HFC and Hull City have only paid a small amount back.

Out of your depth, son. The SMC is an organisation to run the stadium. City and FC put hundreds of thousands in a year, the costs of running the stadium are deducted and the money you are talking about is what is left over. Never mind. Not like we got a peppercorn lease deal off the council via KCD, is it?
