What if. . . a player signed for Cats or another French club and then went on loan to another SL club?

I know nothing about employment law but can't get my head around the fact a SL player can be refused a visa for a UK club however, can be registered to play in the UK by a UK sports body for a French club?

And I can see the red and whites doing everything in there power to bring him across next year, I can remember Danny Divet Rovers fought tooth and nail for him it fell through but opened the door for us to sign Paddy Entat the next year (maybe 2 years) after we signed Divet just to run the salt in.

Good question, I guess I was thinking of Broughy and the statement that Kear made about him being available but at a fee really. Not that I think he is the answer, but perhaps Burrows, Myler, leuleui, Sherwin that sort of thing I guess! to echo many other posts, this is in my opinion a good thing.....the crocker deal has been going on and on and its become a burden on the club, crocker and fc can now move on and hopefully fc will use the cash from crocker ..reported at £130,000 a season and put it to some use...we desperatly need some quality in the back line, a scrum half and a top centre would be ideal, and a barn-storming prop to repalce cusack cum 2010..
i will always wonder though how michael crocker would have got on at hull fc and im sure our game would have been considerably better if he had plyd his trade in the uk, but we will never know unfortunatly...its just an absolute shame that this has happend...

If Huddersfield sign Brough we should take McNally off their hands. Really young and scored 19 tries in 12 appearances and landed 36 goals. At least as much potential as Myler. If not, than Aaron Groom at Sheffield would be nice. Ideally I'd sign them both AND get a quality veteran to work with them next year. Of course there's no chance of this happening but I can dream.

Because he hates us with every fibre of his being, and has already demonstrated that his hatred influences his decisions. Plus losing Dobson would see KR's challenge for a top 6 finish evaporate. It might even cost them a playoff spot with the league being as tight as it is.
