I would agree with that. I'm glad to see bomber back (sat behind a desk). Gentle could easily be announced soon and a full sweep of the coaching set-up to follow.

shrewd move by pearson to bring in bomber, pearson admit he knows very little about the game and he maybe here to advise and help pearson, if gentle comes in as coach, i would suspect he would have no interferance from mcrae

Bomber was at Hull FC for the week when AP took over so this was underway from the off.
I just hope AP has given the DOR and Head Coach clear and defined job descriptions. Happy that Bomber is back but only provided he has nothing to do with the coaching, those days are gone and his health isn't upto it.
If used as a proper DOR then his knowledge or SL/NRL aswell as the fact he knows the club very well and commands huge respect means it will be an excellent appointment.
Peter Gentle or Justin Morgan...? It won't be Noble as he would have come as the DOR.
Andy Last as the no.2?

I initially thought it was and I too was upset....but great move to have him as AP right hand man..
Not sure about Gentle, sounds a good pedigree but still only an assistant and unproven.

can see andy last staying, it was mcrae who advised him to go into coaching as he thought he was a great prospect, even leeds wanted him a couple of years ago |
