How do you know he's not back up? It's all hearsay but I'd be suprised to see him start. He's a steady player and as back-up would be a good signing, if he was brought in as a starter though, I agree, it would be worrying.

I'd be happy with Snitch, underrated plaer imo and would be a very useful addition to the squad.

Snitch is an average player, just a hard working forward like Dowes and Radford, so not the best signing.

Got more than enough cover in the back row too.

Mike has way more to offer than either Dowes or Radford given the right service.

I guess playing with the halves we have had lately don't give any second rower - or any player - the best chance of shining. Hopefully his recent misdemeanour is just a one off.

He seems to have the right attitude anyway and also has a brain it seems to me with the intelligent runs he makes. Working with Fitz and Long should really bring him on.
